Rick McCoy, Partner

Rick McCoy has over 25 years of Information Technology experience in both the public and private sectors.

Rick began his career as a software developer and quickly moved into a Senior Management position. His vision and ability to execute propelled him, advancing in responsibility from application developer to CIO.   The knowledge gained as he progressed his career enabled to achieve success in a multitude of environments both personally and professionally at the department and corporate level.  

His diverse background and experience in all levels and areas of technology have afforded him the ability to build high performing, successful teams that work cohesively and efficiently. He has implemented a variety of large-scale, enterprise-wide projects; integrating Colorado and Iowa’s criminal justice systems; led the move to virtual servers while transitioning data centers; implemented a robust security stack that consolidated the compliance of PCI and HIPAA; delivered and operated new service models; Software as a Service (SaaS) and Managed Security Services (MSS). Leading teams in the public and private sector gives Rick the ability to be an effective communicator to the executives in both areas.

Rick improves business performance while creating, enhancing and preserving the value of IT within unique organizations. 

He understands the value of people and process combined with technology to enhance the capabilities and efficiency of the business regardless of the industry.
